It usually takes 3-7 business days to process order for shipment depending on how busy we are if you are in a hurry I do have a rush shipping option!  most if our products (especially the stickers) are made or packed AFTER orders are placed so it does take time to count, print, cut and sort all of the order. We all have small children at home that do enjoy our attention from time to time. 

We ship all orders via USPS first class which typically takes 1-3 days to ship. Orders are shipped from Arlington, VA. So the further away you are from there the longer it will take to ship.

No sorry! We had this request too many times and it became a real hassle to combine 60 orders a week. We forgot to refund, forgot to add to order and had to sort though tons of packages to find orders to combine.

This happens! if we left something out of your order please contact us at Support@lipstickdesigns.net and I will send out a replacement. Please note I typically send out replacement orders over the weekend so it can take up to a week to receive any replacement orders.
